We just have to root them out and patch things up.
Do you think it's possible that a "bigger picture" rationalization works for people like him? I'm thinking along the lines of, "If people couldn't make money from science, there would be no science." It's interesting to think that a simple idiom like that could possibly protect his psyche from guilt over the death & destruction from AZT, the covid vaccines, and now the "innovative" new treatments.
So there is a video of Fauci at a roundtable discussing how to fast track vaccines to make them profitable since the FDA approval process takes long enough that most e.g. flu epidemics are over before they vaccine would be approved. (Sorry I don't have the link on hand)
You can see that perhaps such a rationale would apply. Perhaps, as they discuss, scaring the population into approving the rushed delivery of a potentially unsafe vaccine product could be claimed to be justified by appeal to a greater good served by streamlining great vaccine technology processes.
But then if we assume that there is some benevolent goodwill at work here, what would be absolutely imperative when delivering potentially unsafe vaccine technology into great numbers of bodies? The most vigorous and comprehensive safety monitoring system you could possibly design so as to detect any potential signal of harm immediately.
This was, in fact, one of the first big red flags that I gathered from Robert Malone in the early Dark Horse podcast: he said that the FDA had the ability to flag the mRNA vaccine products for extra post EUA approval monitoring and scrutiny to be performed by the drug companies. They chose not to. They also chose not to perform any reproductive toxicity studies whatsoever, even after approval.
Ultimately, the claimed justification of some greater good falls apart if the person claiming that has dismantled and censored the ability to measure the harm to compare with that supposed good.
Other examples of Fauci doing this abound. RFK, Jr. reports on some regarding HIV drug trials in Africa, where honest auditors of the studies were punished. Suppressing Duesburg's criticism of the HIV->AIDS theory is another. Suppressing safe early treatments like HCQ on live TV in favor of toxic pharma formulations, etc.
So although I am certain that he has some rationalizations that keep him from confronting all the harm he has caused, we can and should dismiss them.
