I heard on the Feb 11 Thomas Paine podcast that in early January the DOJ and FDA declined to move on the complaint, ergo the unsealing. The whistleblower’s story is compelling and distressing.
"the United States DoD has suffered actual damages and is entitled to recover treble damages plus a civil monetary penalty for each false and/or fraudulent claim." i like how they want their money while the vaccine injured have no recourse, the people who lost their jobs get no payout. there are damages aplenty.
don't get me wrong. this is good news. if only it gets through the courts in our lifetime
I also see some finger pointing as they get ready to cover their behinds when they say, "Had the United States DoD known of Defendants’ false records, it would not have paid Pfizer." On the surface, their statement is valid. But it looks to me like the DoD is getting ready to say, "Hey, all you people who got hurt or who were forced into these shots, it's not our fault. Pfizer lied. They started it." The DoD could have stood up to mandates and defended their people.
Ahhh... the CYA scramble has begun! Just like the old-time cop shows where they separate the suspects into different interrogation rooms, then try to get them to turn on each other.
Prisoner's dilemma, big time: "First to squeal get the plea deal! Who wants to go first?"
If I am understanding this post correctly the USA government is suing Pfizer because their covid shot trials were a fraud yet the US government is still pushing the same Pfizer covid shot on the people?
In that case don't both Pfizer and the US government officials need to be prosecuted with all those found guilty getting to take a seat in a very special chair (these days powered by green energy).
Pfizer likely was negligent, you have to get to intent for fraud. This is an application or accusation, has not been heard in court, there have evidently been "Pre-Trial" proceedings, and the Government has not supported the law or regulations.
The underlings get the bus wheels, the upper levels are shielded and relieved of liability and responsibility.
If this doesn't work, litigation extends for years to decades, nobody responsible is still involved, alive, or accessible.
Unlike Justin Trudeau, I don't admire the Chinese system, but they certainly do get their guilty judgments and "volunteer" organ donors in a prompt fashion.
Would they believe me say the vax killed me twice, made me loose my lung, heart and pancreas and most importantly believe or don't caused me even dandruff!...thanks God I'm not vaxed

This is not my understanding. The US Gov't. has declined to support or join the suit. The revision is for the original applicant only.
It takes a while to read and spot the detail.
While it seems clear enough that the court states that Pfizer committed fraud, is it really that clear?
(I'm not a lawyer or an attorney, and this is foreign law for me on top of that.)
