On the surface, their statement is valid. But it looks to me like the DoD is getting ready to say, "Hey, all you people who got hurt or who were forced into these shots, it's not our fault. Pfizer lied. They started it." The DoD could have stood up to mandates and defended their people.
Ahhh... the CYA scramble has begun! Just like the old-time cop shows where they separate the suspects into different interrogation rooms, then try to get them to turn on each other.
