I don't think majority vaccinated people in ICU's is as statistically alarming as you might think. The vaccination rate in the over 50's is the important number, as this is primarily a pandemic of the old. If 100% of over 50's were vaccinated, with a 90% effective vaccine, you'd still expect the majority of deaths and hospitalizations to be amongst the vaccinated.
This is how it is in England, with 94-99% vaccination rate in the over 50's and 70-80% of deaths among the vaccinated, whereas Israel, with 80-90% vaccination rate in the over 50's, only 30% of deaths are among the vaccinated.
I'd predict, of the Covid deaths in Belgium, about 50-60% should be among the vaccinated. It's not implausible that some hospitals may see closer to 100% vaccinated, while others see 10-20%.

I don't know what a "90% effective vaccine" means. A sterilizing vaccine means you become immune to the disease or you don't. In such case the immune would not be coming to the hospital with covid. It's not a continuous variable where the vaccine is just decreasing your odds of a bad outcome. That's a therapy not a vaccine.

The second time, the acute phase was better - no breathing issues - but I was hit immediately after by a monstrous fatigue that is still lingering 12 weeks on. This makes me question whether my antibodies did the job of clearing the covid well but then led to some sort of autoimmune issue?

The most clearly helpful things for me were extra sleep, light exercise (walking and yoga), zero alcohol and of course the usual healthy eating. I took some supplements but couldn't decide whether they had an effect or not.

I agree but obviously the 100% number is even more dramatic when only 40% are vaccinated. The MSM has also been trying to use Romania as an example of an exponential rise in cases due to low vaccination rates, yet cases are down over 30% in the past week.
