“…masks a shared agenda of maintaining the status quo and protecting the interests of those who hold real power behind the scenes.”

How much does portraying “democracy” as the ideal form of government actually inhibit discussion of more sophisticated governance mechanisms?

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep having a vote on what’s for dinner. It’s mob rule.

One of the more damaging developments in US government was the utterly foolish 17th amendment — allowing the popular vote for electing senators. This badly undermines the integrity of the design of the legislative branch.

Democracy, mob rule legitimized, is a terrible idea. The US was wildly successful precisely because it wasn’t a democracy; its decline coincided with the erosion of constitutional integrity through “democratization”, which eventually leads to tyranny (if history is any guide).

Over reliance on government fosters regulatory capture?

My understanding is "regulatory capture" rather is the result of high level executives cycling between industries such as the Pharmaceutical business and government.

Thus the problem is not over-reliance on government. There need to be more stringent laws keeping people with ties to Big Pharma out of the government and particularly out of the overseeing regulatory agencies. My understanding is that during Covid the FDA and associated government overseers were so corrupt they were essentially acting as an arm of Big Pharma.

An honest media which keeps the opinions on the opinions page and out of the news pages would be a good start.

A second imperative is closing the revolving door between the regulators and the regulated. A minimum of 5 years needs to be imposed for any government regulator to be hired by the industry being regulated and vice versa.

Third, it would be nice if agencies funded by the taxpayers, like the NIH, spent their grant money on projects for the benefit of the public, not the industries that they are supposed to be keeping a watchful eye on.

United States is a foreign, federal subcontractor. Most confuse it with America. Before the “Department of Education” was established, high schoolers had two classes to learn about the ways of the unique nature of our form of government, they had American History classes and U.S. History classes. The Department of Education strategically stopped the teaching of American History as part of the dumbing-down process.

Our nation was originally designed to offer local self governance, where each man was king in his own right, and no mob could steal his property…(rights are valuable property). In this model, free people stepped up to help defend against tyrannical government. This is still how it is for America, and the people of her land and soil.

The government subcontractors, who were hired by Americans to fill federal roles, were granted 19 specific, enumerated authorities in only three jurisdictions, and that is all. They have specified and limited authorities in the international land, global air, and international sea jurisdictions. You may find each of their respective limited federal authorities detailed in the 3 original federal constitutions. These are employment contracts, and Americans are still the employers. Each American is his own leader and relies on government for broader services like defending the borders from invasion, or capturing bank robbers and helping with trash collection on a more local level.

America is not a democracy, but the foreign government subcontractors do use democracy as a form of corporate governance as they elect their respective leaders at the Federal, State, County, City or Township levels. Those leaders are supposed to be clear about their employment contracts, and specific jurisdictional boundaries and enumerated responsibilities.

Where people get confused, because of the deliberate dumbing-down, is in believing that they are stuck in a democracy, when in fact there’s a choice available to select being able to choose to be a free, lawful and peaceful American, by simply correcting the public record. Here’s a true and simple example…when I was born I had the DNA of a woman, however, the subcontractors created a “policy” many years before I was born to refer to me as “female”. That’s a legal term which ultimately reduces my God-given authority as a living woman, with natural property rights over my own body and dna, to that of a “person” with the same rights as other property owned by government. When I went through the process of correcting the public record, I became a woman again… Which we all know from the iconic moment between Marsha Blackburn, and then US Supreme Court candidate Ketanje Brown Jackson, a woman can’t be defined in their legalese system. Why? Because women are the creation of the Most High, not of government.

Thankfully, people are finally starting to see through the charade, and I predict that many, many more people will correct the public record, and become the man or woman they were born to be,…and will also stop giving their rights away unintentionally.

We lost power because it was stolen from us when an “identity” was created for us while we were mere newborn babies, and mom accidentally contracted us into a legalese system, subjects of foreign policies, all the while telling us how free Americans are, and what a wonderful, free opportunity awaits American. All of that is true…if you are in fact, American. If you are something else, such as a U.S. Citizen or a citizen of United States, then you can’t be a man or a woman…You can only be “person”, “ individual”, “resident”, and any number of other titles like “Mr.”, “Ms.”, “Mrs.”, “Miss”.

I urge everyone to learn about America and what is truly available for you as a free, living man or woman. Then maybe consider correcting the public record and being part of the nation we all want back.
