My doc prescribed some older antiviral that I wish to high heaven I knew the name of it. It caused a case of severe anxiety, panic attacks, that dissipated when I discontinued it. The true path to health is not that simple. The gut biome for one is sooooo important. And the Omegas and fatty acids. Nothing is a quick or easy fix. We need to settle that in our minds.
