IPAK-EDU Science Webinar, 3/6/2023 on AUTOIMMUNE THERAPIES... Th1/Th2 Balancing with Fatty Acids: Understanding Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators - Dr. Krishna Doniparthi, M.D.
Dr. Doniparthi is one of my favorite functional medical doctors. He's coming to IPAK-EDU in a big way. And this is an IMPORTANT LECTURE!
According to the NIEHS, autoimmune diseases affect more than 24 million people in the United States, and an additional eight million people have autoantibodies, blood molecules that indicate a person’s chance of developing autoimmune disease. Autoimmune diseases are affecting more people now, they say, for reasons - ahem - “unknown”.
Along with autoantibodies, autoimmune-prone individuals have “Th2-skew”. This means that an imbalance exists in their immune system resulting in too of one type T-helper cells, and too few cells doing the job of signaling to kill off sick and dying cells. Th2 cells provide a helper function for B-cell antibody production, specifically of the IgE class. In contrast, Th1 cells are responsible for delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions and their job is to help kill off autologous antigen-presenting cells, including B cells, shutting down antibody production which should last beyond the need from an infection.
Th2 and Th1 should be in a dynamic balance, but people with autoimmunity tend to be Th2-dominant, meaning either too strong a Th2 signal or too weak a Th1 signal.
According to Dr. Krishna Doniparthi, an important supplement to the diet involving fatty acids - the lining of the cells of your body - may be key to balancing Th1 and Th2 and other autoimmune markers.
On Monday, March 6, 2023, at 7pm Eastern Time, you’ll get to participate in a live presentation of what could be one of the most important IPAK-EDU Science webinars to date.
Dr. Doniparthi will explain the systems biology thinking behind this approach, and he will show us case study data of biomarkers of patients whose panels clearly indicate a dysregulated immune response return to normal or nearly normal in an incredibly short time. I’ve just seen the data, and it’s mind-blowing.

“Dr. Doniparthi, MD, is a physician specializing in fatty acids and phospholipids for cellular repair and regeneration. He practices functional medicine in Alpharetta, GA, focusing on biological substrates for cellular detoxification to help children and adults with complex medical conditions due to epigenetic changes. Dr. Doniparthi is also an international lecturer and trains practitioners on implementing clinical treatments for long COVID, vaccine injury, mold/fungus infections, neurological disorders, and other intricate medical conditions. His focus is on repairing cellular function, so everything else falls into place.”
