I agree. Having trained for 15 years annually on informed consent and patient rights, I'd say it's a good thing we have the rights we have.

Rights include those not specifically restricted by the US Constitution. You should take our on Constitutional Bootcamp bootcamp course running now, and then our course "History of Laws and Rights in the West"

Autonomous reform always requires effort by the enlightened. Not saying it's easy. Few things worthwhile are.

Really glad you're doing this. As someone who works in regulatory affairs and I cite these statutes all the time it's kind of incredible how little people know about these rights laid out by law. And I know people who don't care because "Covid wasn't around when those were written". You can't help some people I guess.
