Of course it does, as an entity. Some individual workers at the FDA try their best to put health and safety first but when the institution itself is corrupt at the top, individual integrity in the middle layers is rarely enough. Thalidomide approval being blocked by one lone scientist is the example that comes to mind.

I have the same question for Health Canada/PHAC. While they sometimes act independently from the FDA, they generally work in tandem.

Are there adverse effects to this new medication? Is long covid a thing? Since the majority took the shots, how can a distinction be made between long covid and reactions from the shots. How accurate are the studies on this, if any? Also, recent variants of covid are considered mild. Why take a new drug at all? Should we take viral enzyme blocking pharmaceuticals for every virus we encounter? What would the long-term health hazards of that be to other systems? Is Pfizer in any way involved with the new medication?

YES there is adverse effects, 30,000 deaths 28,000 life threating events, 34,500 myocardites/ peracarids events, 40,500 severe adverse reactions, 44,500 permanently disabled, 120,000 E.R. visits, 1334,000 hospitalizations, 176,000 Dr. visits, Research suggests those numbers are just a fraction! And to think the evil system stopped the use of life saving Ivermectin & HCQ, costing a million lives in support of profits, & power! God help us!

I had Omicron for 3 weeks. It cleared a couple days after starting high-dose vitamin C. Apparently not "long COVID", as Wickedpedia avers "The World Health Organization defines long COVID as starting three months after infection, but other definitions put the start of long COVID at four weeks."

I would expect ensitrelvir at least have the adverse effect of high cost. It has nearly as many heteroatoms as carbons, mostly nitrogen and fluorine. That can't be cheap to make.

The price may come down if it is prescribed routinely.

I believe what I experienced in March 2020 was long Covid because I lost both my sense of taste and smell for about 2 years. I'll symptoms only lasted 3 days and 1 night. The third night I got zero sleep as I could barely breathe. The 4th day it was like I was never sick but senses of taste and smell were gone. I am still angry as I believe that after 2 weeks and our Military didn't Level The CCP, it was obvious that the Plandemic was an Inside Traitor Job. So many are guilty from 2014 through today. From creation of Bioweapons in labs to mRNA jabs to mandates, lockdowns to a DESTROYED economy. Would a Sheriff please start Deputizing Citizens so we can begin the task of Clean up on Aisle 1?

Some viruses can cause loss of smell and affect the olfactory neurons, I think the covid virus affected support cells to the olfactory neurons, but you would need to check that. The damage to the entire globe will take decades to heal from the viral leak from Wuhan. No one held accountable though, isn't that amazing! And we are still discovering further information on how dangerous the shots are, while at the same time they are being pushed nonstop by the media and for younger and younger populations. Too many people though are complacent, and it allows for the crime to continue.

A very disturbing reality that so many carry on as if everything is ok. It is not.

What does this tell us about human beings, and yet a few see the bigger picture. I wonder what the traits are that result in this divide.

As a Research and Development professional in miniature electronics hardware I have been compelled to do research on the job and it spilled over into life. Actually I was hooked on Encyclopedias and The Human Body Book as a child. Poor hearing compensation, I guess. As a result I learned a heck of a lot just by using any opportunity to learn something new. During the plandemic, I obsessed a bit over cause, effects and the shear Evil that made it possible. Still pissed off.

Asking if the 5 billion in fraud fines & leader in cause of death, Big Pharma owned WHO/ FDA/ CDC etc. Favor pharma's boys & their Profits Over American Lives is silly! IF they gave a crap about lives & death they would investigate the *600 to **2000 iatrogenic deaths that happens each day! (*see the Johns Hopkins iatrogenic study! **see the book Death by Medicine by Dr. Null! Then pray to God, big pharma's/ FDA's fraudulent "medicine" doesn't kill you or your loved one!

“ Does the US FDA Favor American Profits Over American Lives?”

No, employees of the US FDA, CDC, …, NIH favor each own employee’s profits over American lives.

Integrity is practically dead.

Doesn't Paxlovid have a rebound effect? I remember reading about it, but all the current search results cite the CDC and mainstream media reports.

Along with the government protecting the citizens, we must also have accountability. when we rush headlong into decisions that involve health, it isn't the time to experiment with new methods that are untried and proven safe and effective. The desire to provide for the citizen protection for what they perceive as a national health crisis convincing government to jump at a solution has proven more danger than the disease. It was clear that someone knew what dangers were present. they were not shared with all that were responsible to provide what protection they can. The mistakes were made, but instead of correcting them, they have doubled down on the use of medication that has now been proven less effective but fatal for many people. Why haven't alternate vaccine been developed? isn't four year's enough time to come up with a solution? We clearly have no accountability for mistakes. or for ones that the government refuses to acknowledge. Even when its clear that the damage isnt minor or infrequent we see no reaction. only new laws that demand that we comply with government rulings. even making it a criminal offence to refuse. Many loosing jobs held for decades that toss families into a financial crisis. it is time to hold government accountable politicians and people that work for government are not immune to prosecution. although it seems they are. What kind of government do we have when they don't prosecute these people but just purchase arms to enforce their control? we are slowly marching to the gas chambers of our new oligarchy.----- I, Grampa
