You have prose and poetry twice. I think that classics should not just be excerpts. An entire class on each or just on two would be entirely possible and more worthwhile. Example, I can just about sing along with the entire opera Don Giovanni. Sometimes listening to an opera station I don't even recognize a given aria. It's good to get to know something deep down, in my humble estimation. I've never taken an IPAK class before, but if I knew Dostoevsky, mind control tactical recognition (my words) and homesteading were in the offerings I'd be a lot more likely to make the effort!
