This is the best explanation why Jack Dorsey left Twitter. The suppression of lifesaving information on Twitter and Facebook might lead to executives losing everything in lawsuits and hopefully put many of them behind bars.

CEOs move around like crazy. I would have to know how this compares to 2021 and 2020, or even back five years, to think this was unusual. Many of these people are just moving on to other jobs in health.

What is the normal turnover rate for hospital execs? I suspect that it's high in normal times.

Maybe they didn’t realize they were signing up to work for the government when they took their positions.
They probably want to get out before they land up in jail for accepting bribes and killing people.
