Judging by the previous exhibition of utter ignorance of facts in the previous case and by the role Supreme Court plays in protecting the System, I am not surprised. The court system battles must be exhausted but I don’t believe the courts will save us.

Definitely not! Already seeing Naturopathic doctors.

The obvious way to end Big Medicine is get them to eat their own; not sure courts or marketplace will do it. Agree to seek alternatives, whenever possible. Unfortunately insurance & physicians still necessary for DME like wheelchairs, respiratory devices & mobility supportive devices

I have a DO who is an homeopathic doctor. I also have an Ayurvedic doctor. I will not get any type of vaccine or use any pharma medicines, even aspirin. There are natural remedies for everything.

I am an ARNP. I needed my prior jobs, and gave in and had J&J and a Pfizer booster in January.

I am starting a new job, and so far I have not been asked to get a booster or a flu shot.

I am used to annual flu shots as a healthcare requirement, but I refuse to get another booster.

I haven't supported allopathic medicine for 40 years. They are just body mechanics who have to pay off their huge education bills! Naturopathic doctors treat you as an individual, not as a one size fits all.

Well, I hope health care professionals wake up and this forces a paradigm shift. I’m on Medicare which limits my choices and even the geographic radius from which I can obtain care. I am not well off, butI have found it preferable and economically feasible to pay a monthly out of pocket fee for a Direct Primary Care (DPC ) physician. He’s higher quality than I can find through my Medicare HMO. He makes house calls (yes! It’s true!) and I have his mobile number in case I have an urgent need during off hours. Unlimited visits. If this doctor can make this business model work, so can others. Hopefully more self pay surgery centers like the Oklahoma Surgery Center will be started up by talented and enterprising doctors, surgeons, and their support teams. We're in for some rough going ahead, but perhaps it will be worth it. But not if we keep voting for authoritarian "representatives ".

Well that sucks. :( But we should figure, the government tends to give itself unlimited power within itself. Heck, and outside itself as well most of the time.

In CA, we have to provide evidence of health insurance coverage or get fined and it is quite significant amount for a family. My employer provides some insurance options which are subsidized but these are all regular health care company insurance so not very appealing right now. Just wondering what my options are if all the alternative healthcare providers in CA may be leaving due to the new bill just signed by New Scum. Wonder if having out of state health coverage would be acceptable..... anyone know?

Too bad the case has to be argued on whether or not mandates violate federal administrative law or infringe on states' rights. If the case could be argued on the merits of the shots, surely we would win.

Last year I exited Allopathic care model. I found a direct pay functional medicine doctor, a direct pay holistic dentist, a direct pay chiropractor, and a home birth midwife. The doctor was able to help me resolve several issues including the ADHD symptoms I had been managing my entire life. All of these were things a traditional doctor was only ever able to throw pills at. The dentist just cleans my teeth without a chemical concoction, the Chiropractor has eliminated the migraines I use to have at least once a month, and my midwife has so far provided the best pregnancy care I have ever had, full of choices and informed consent. I joined a cost share covering my family in case of an emergency for $300 a month and dropped the insurance I had been paying over $800 a month for my family and sure the out of pocket feels more real, but it also further involves me in my care, what we are doing and the why's so I truly feel the $400 stool test is something I want to do, but the $250 blood test is something I can wait on. Best decision of my life, and it has really changed my experience with health care in general.

I suspect that these decisions will be seen, by history, as the galvanizing Dred Scotts of our era.

Oh my… I am already seeing a functional medicine physician.

I am so sad to hear this…

Supreme Court has been compromised!

I will certainly share this ‘popular rationalism ‘ article as always.

Find companies that don’t require vaccines and support them, e-mail them, tweet at them and praise them.

Boycott all medical tyrants.

Avoid division by just saying the base facts by tweeting,

“I will never support your company because you force medical experiments on your employees.”

If you’re in a company that forces vaccines, learn the art of subtle legal sabotage.

After what I’ve learned the past few years I’ll never take another vaccine of any kind. And I hold firm that nobody will ever stick a C-19 test swab up my nose. I canceled a surgery because I couldn’t refuse the swab.

Say no way to the spike spikes!
