Yes there’s no such thing as public health. The public is made up of individuals. Individual health. As for 2nd hand smoke… it’s unhealthy and annoying and as a no smoker I enjoy dinner and flights more without it. But the market could have sorted it out with smoker, no smoker and hybrid restaurants and flights or something. Or made the corrupt cigarette industry illegal in public.
