I’m thrilled for Dr. McCullough, but unless I missed it, I did not see anywhere in this Substack what the lawsuit was about. Why were they suing him in the first place?
FYI despite all the evidence that the protocol for treatment of hospitalised SARS-CoV1 should NOT be treated with Remdesivar, I’ve recently discovered it is STILL THE UK POLICY as FIRST drug of choice.
I’ve not verified this with others at British hospitals, however, if true, this would mean the continuation of a drug now known to cause multi-organ failure. Almost willful medical misconduct.
McCullough was one of the first doctors to speak about safer alternative protocols. I hope this vindication will allow his expertise to be heard beyond , Alt-news, but across MSM.
We all needed this win in court. if McCullough went down that would be grim indeed for valid scientific inquiry and freedom of speech for all. Thank you dr. For staying the course and carrying on in the face of immense headwinds. You have my deepest admiration and respect and gratitude.

We will not forget you or what you and others doctors and researchers such as Robert Malone, RIchard Orso, Bryam Bridle, Paul Thomas (who was forced to retire), Paul Marik, Richard Fleming, Aseem Malhotra, Tess Lawrie, Pierre Kory, Ryan Cole and a host of other heros have done to stand up to tyranny at great personal and professional cost! We will ultimately prevail in this battle against corruption and these attacks on science and freedom thanks to the leadership you have all shown.
This was clearly a stupid lawsuit from the start. I wish that I could say that I expected the suit to be dismissed, but sometimes that's a matter of what court and judge hears it. Also, these days, anything feels possible, so it's good to know the suit is gone.

I entered the phone number in a search engine and it brought up an IRS page about phone scams, and I used a method to check the voicemail which said it’s a Google Voice line. I seriously doubt JLW wants to communicate one on one with us via text, so he wary.
This spoof has popped up in different Substacks for about 6 months that I've seen.. it didn't happen here but el gato & Naked Emperor & a few popular MDs.. bots gonna spam! :~)
