One thing they might consider, though, is that in order to donate, the donator has to give so much information (not just credit card info). Quite off-putting when you aren't sure of who they are and haven't used that donation service before (so no trust yet).
Everyone should have medical autonomy over their own body and their children to age 18, basic human right in my opinion. I do not like it when these issues get sidetracked into a religious issue when it is a human rights issue regardless of one's religious beliefs.
Because of the way religion is defined - essentially your personal beliefs even if not espoused by an organized religion - it accomplishes both. Some people call it the "Religious/Philosophical Exemption"
I cannot find the link between the attorneys on the case and the recipients of the donations.

I think they may have changed that recently. I just tried it and only needed name and credit card this time. 11/8/23
