You water it down suggesting these tactics are non-partisan, I suppose to imply FoxNews is a friend to conservatives (NOT). They were the "chosen ones" (by the rest of MSM) to drive the stake into the heart of all conservatives watching the election. I get that is could have worked against Bidet, but consider that FNC also held out for some tiny counties in FL before declaring, hoping that it would go blue. And while the soft tactics are there, the hard tactics were on full display (and covert, like the beaming of results out of the country - illegal - literall offworld, up to an Italian satellite - and back to those who could change the numbers). No one's explained why FNC and others just accepted the full stoppage of the vote count without batting an eyelash, like that was the most normal thing in the world (and FNC claims the elections were fair, and their staff and guests are basically not allowed to speak of election fraud on that network - if it's brought up, the conversation is immediately shut down). The rest of the tactics like you cited, ballot harvesting, printing, etc, even numerical tabulation - there is footage showing numbers for Trump declining and Bidet's gaining, as well as the statistically impossible jumps in Bidet's numbers - all there in full view if anyone takes the time to wonder about it. I think noting the "soft interference", while useful, should still take a back seat to the hard interference that, frankly, has been swept under the carpet and purposefully NOT been dealt with.

How does the author imagine we're not already living this scenario?
