Who is calling it a vaccine?? In the paper, you mean? Or the title of the journal? Vaccine is the journal name.

I agree, 100%. Jack was just using standard reporting shorthand for the Journal. The COVID19 shots are not vaccines, no matter how many times the CDC and the WHO change their definitions.

Try this: mRNA transfection: "... transfection is the process of artificially introducing nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) into cells, utilizing means other than viral infection. Such introductions of foreign nucleic acid using various chemical, biological, or physical methods can result in a change of the properties of the cell, allowing the study of gene function and protein expression in the context of the cell."

Accurate biological description.

This is a huge announcement. Sander Greenland, regarded at one of the top epidemiologists in the world is one of the authors of this study. This study is telling the research world there are many recorded injuries and the scientific world needs to start looking at this on a grand scale. Plus the CDC can no longer ignore. Just too many.

Up till this study, what I heard was that the Pfizer shot was safer than the Moderna shot.  The Moderna shot was said to have higher numbers of the LNP delivering the mRNA. Correct? Is this study by Doshi saying that the Moderna shot is safer?

Safer is a relative term. Both appear to be in the same general region of SAE levels, but that can only be verified via access to the Pfizer and ModeRNA data become available. As Fraiman et al. state in the Discussion section of the Abstract: "These analyses will require public release of participant level datasets."

The paper does not includes the data that was released from the FDA due to the Siri & Young FOIA request to release data from the EUA roll-out. That is another jaw-dropping set of data...Pfizer had received 1,200 reports (from patient's families) of deaths associated with either a 1st or 2nd shot.
