Are unvaccinated and naturally immune being lumped together in this statement or does this mean that people who are vaccinated are able to be as contagious as people who have never been vaccinated? Or does this mean vaccinated people and all people who have never been vaccinated (including naturally immune people) are likely to become infected?
"short-lived sterilizing immunity" is twisting scientific understanding. Sterilizing immunity means for life, or it's NOT sterilizing immunity. For example, if a person gets the measles naturally they never get it again in their lifetime.

Allow me to rewrite this part:
"which may deem vaccine campaigns as counterproductive epidemiologic restriction measure without proper communication with the public"
thusly:
"[The public] may deem [us as inveterate liars] without [even more lies.]"
Somehow, I don't think this strategy is going to work out for them.
Or we can reframe the whole discussion around vaccines in this way:
"First, let's figure out what we can still claim they can do." and "The less it works, the more times we should administer it."
If you put these simple thoughts into fancy vocabulary suitable for a journal, you, too, can be a scientist!
