Correct transcription would have been "...and so you -- that person would be exempted." Nothing is settled until there are firm supreme court rulings and even those can 'expire.' The current supreme court is balanced on a knife edge and there are very obvious and open attempts to push it over by hook or by crook. Unlike some other issues, their willingness to take on these health freedom cases has not been high so far. Eventually they will be forced to. I would trust Roberts about as far as I can throw him and Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett about one foot further.
What I would really like is for them to hear cases related to EUA authority and the PREP Act. Can the government really waive all safety and efficacy and purity concerns to advise the injection of literally anything as long as they say it is an emergency? All while granting legal immunity to everyone involved? I want to hear exactly what the courts have to say about that. If the government can legally do so, then all other rights are out the door since they can euthanize you anytime they cook up an emergency.
Unfortunately, those cases seem to be very difficult to advance so far.

OMG, finally the judges are doing their job. Why did it take so long though to acknowledge that a vaccine that does not prevent transmission isn't a vaccine at all. And, on what grounds can it be mandated then? Which is what they are concluding a bit late in the game, after so many people have spikes circulating in their bodies and doing who knows what harm. The bait and switch game has also lulled people into a subordinate position of serfdom, the flip side to the three words 'we the people....' who are to be served by the government and not the other way around. The constitution and the enlightened inspiration from which it drew, is the yardstick we should use to vet whether we are being oppressed and exploited by powerful forces or not. The past three years highlight that we have been duped to benefit the extractors. The bigger danger now is the power grab being orchestrated by the WHO, which equates to the control Bill Gates seeks to gain over the entire globe for his own agenda.
As Mark Changizi and others have repeatedly pointed out, even a perfect, sterilizing, vaccine must not be mandated, as self-ownership and bodily autonomy are natural rights that cannot be bargained away. But it's good that a judge at least sees part of the issue.

I know the CDC changed their definition of “ vaccine “ midstream when it became apparent that they were not as effective as advertised.... but, bottom line, they are just another version of the flue shot and those are not mandated and neither should be mandated. And in another catagory of “never”...the President had NO business telling the American people that we could die or cause someone’s death if we did not get the vaccine. That was quite a damaging lie.
How can any vaccine mandate stand if the original trials did not employ a normal saline placebo and allow an appropriate lag time for follow up (years!!!) to assess effectiveness? Plus, manufacturer's cannot be trusted to fund and conduct the trials which are to be submitted for approval and licensing, Plus, a ten year ban on any regulator or scientist from being employed or excepting money from the company submitting a product.

While I rejected vaccination because God made it clear his natural immunity was enough, my doctor also recommended I not take it, and I cited the legal principles of informed consent to my former employer before termination without severance and confiscation of significant deferred compensation. Since then, I have delved deep into the rules of medical ethics in my state. The more I research, the more horrified I am by the violation of rule of laws - none of which can be overcome by the gross violation of my fundamental right to religious freedom. God's will be done. May we receive earthly justice. May we have patience while the judicial system slowly works. There is hope! God's will be done.
