I'm Back. My First Tweet Since August, 2022: Censorship Denies People Freedom of Thought
I wonder if permanent suspensions fell along political lines?
I wrote this before #Twitterfiles was a thing, waiting for my account to be released. Thank you Dr. Jay Bhattcharya and Dr. Peter McCullough for their posts, and I want to thank all of the Popular Rationalists (readers of Popular Rationalism) for their support during this period during which I was gagged from participating in conversations regarding science, politics, and economics.
My positions on these matters were unwelcome by the powers that owned and ran Twitter.
Censorship Prevents Freedom of Thought
My first tweet since August, 2022:
People should be able to respond - whether they agree or disagree. In my view, the responses from people who disagree are more important because that way individuals - including the poster - can learn.
A lot has happened since August - and most of my analyses have been shared here, on Substack. The timing of my permanent suspension makes me wonder…
Will Elon look into the practices of “permanent suspensions” awarded during the months coming to October 2022 in search of a bias against those with a particular political position - or with positions that are not helpful to the Democratic Party - and thus silence anyone critical of the Biden White House, the CDC, the FDA, and the NIAID for political gain and influence?
(Again I wrote this before #Twitterfiles. A bit ahead of the game, as usual. Or, stating the obvious).
No doubt you enjoyed your twatter vacation!
'I wonder if permanent suspensions fell along political lines?'
Of course they did, because Covid skepticism tends to fall along political lines. Your larger question, whether it was done in order to influence the election…it certainly seems plausible. We know almost none of this was done in the interests of actual public health.
