Sounds a good course for mainly young people who have been so far indoctrinated in this system of things away from what is natural that sometimes I am in despair From the seven children I gave birth to (starting in 1959 …last one born 1985) has sprung a “dynasty” which now numbers 35 When I listen to what my great-grandies are being taught (or NOT being taught is more apt) about nutrition , and what we used to call Domestic Science here in UK, and indeed the whole subject of nutrition & procreation etc I wish I could transport them back in time to the simpler life we lived when my first child was conceived A small example : one of the younger end of family asked if it was REALLY SO that I gave birth to (my 3rd) AT HOME WITH NO ASSISTANCE ….”that’s impossible “ they said!!!! Hahaha Well, i must have a knack for achieving the impossible because I did …and most of the others were born at home, naturally, no drugs…no nothing That’s not meant to show any bravado or boasting …I was healthy and got on with it There was was washing to be done (in the sink..no washing machine, and dinner to be cooked …rabbit stews etc…so who had time to think about labour pains! lol ) But the indoctrination and intellectualism of the whole processes of life that have been going on since Adam & Eve , from start to finish, that they receive nowadays is scary ….I try to educate the younger ones when they visit! Most people in my family haven’t the income for your courses I’m afraid but best wishes that they achieve your goals You’re in my prayers for a successful outcome! Ps I’m 83 but have a metabolic age of 63 I’ve been told, and don’t “look” my age (so everyone says…how should you “look” then when you’re 83? No idea ) However, like you mentioned in the video , I’ve always eaten ‘healthy’ , within my meagre budget of course, using everything I learned from the women in the family who lived before me…all the tricks of making a meal for the 9 of us out of what I had there! Plus I did ballet, and still do , Art & poetry and reading the classics etc I tried to fit in my life, and managed (when they were older) to pursue a part-time career in the Law …. But this post is too long already ….sorry Dont want it to sound egotistical …just encouraging that you are both on the right track in my opinion So, thankyou and Best wishes to everyone, including you, Brad with your brilliant course love from Jaqui
