Welcome to Hollywood, Jane Fonda style. These are the kind of folks that bring our destruction, clueless and 'blameless'. Really?

You mean you have been listening to CNN? I dropped them after 9/11 - pack of lying whores. All commercial media is and often lots of alternative media too. This is the time for learning to be discerning because the trickery is legendary these days.

I didn't finish reading the entire terms. My impression is that most sheep I mean people just subscribe to CNN as a news station. They won't read the terms but will ignorantly sign away all their rights to their comments etc. BUT they won't be posting anyway. CNN lost most of its subscribers a couple of years ago. Younger people are watching Tik Tok older people are watching Fox news. Middle aged people are struggling to earn money. Before the government takes it all.

I wonder, if these types of terms are in other things we have signed without closely reading and not knowing it...

Have you read the hipaa agreement at the doctor's office? Everyone who signs that and doesn't read it, has been and is signing away rights. Always read every agreement. All corporations know 99% of the people won't read the agreements and they end up getting away with a lot.

agreed Debra. I used HIPAA agreements for patients for years. The short one was only a page, and the long one 3-4. Many contracts/agreements are so long and complex that most of us realistically won't read all the way through and fully understand what they mean if we did. Your point is well taken - we all need to be paying attention and take responsibility. Yet the kind of thing that James is referring to from CNN not too long ago wouldn't be something I'd expect or look for. Now, I'll be looking for it... bummer...

It looked like a typical contract that is very friendly to the issuing party. I was looking for surveillance language or CBDC or something but didn’t find anything like that. What did I miss?

Merry Christmas Dr. Jack and everyone, a day late.

Uh no. Not even remotely interested in anything “CNN”.

Does that mean you have been using their website?

I'm going to echo the others... What specifically are you considering a "deal breaker"? That's several pages of legalese... And frankly - I don't hardly EVER use CNN for ANYTHING - except as an example of OPERATION MOCKINGBIRD, or extremely poor, highly partisan and propagandistic "journalism".

you lost me at cnn

I don’t comprehend the idea that you’d have considered ever giving cnn the time of day in the first place.
