This whole "shake-up" is a bald power grab poorly dressed up as a sorry-not-sorry mea culpa. "We're sorry we weren't able to tread all over your civil liberties thoroughly enough. We're making changes to ensure that never happens again."
I suspect we all agree the only possible solution is to disband - too polite a word - substitute yours - this corrupt and incompetent organization and everyone who has their fingerprints on it.
Public Hanging as a remedy for all those at the top. Period .
Besides firing and removal of all benefits including pension, I haven’t figured out the rest of the deserved punishment(s) for the rest of this malodorous group .

The shakeup is about the Son of Plandemic, with more censorship, more disinformation, more panic-mongering, more tyranny, and more "fact checking."
Also even less engagement with skeptics, if that were possible.
