I have heard RFK Jr intends to contest only a half dozen primaries in and around New England in the 2024 Presidential campaign.
As a strategy it's somewhat similar to the 1968 challenge against encumbent LBJ, who was persuaded not to run against Nixon after poor results in opening/early primaries. Subsequent primary results, sans LBJ, were heading for an RFK (senior) nomination; until RFK Jr's father was assassinated in California. The rest, as they say, is history.
The 2024 dynamics aren't like 1968. I'm curious about the RFK Jr team strategy of running in so few primaries, and not contesting the first primaries at all (SC, IA).
I like RFK on medical freedom but he's hard-core climate change, and that I'm not onboard with. He hasn't spoken much lately on this piece so maybe his views have changed a bit, but until it's a sure thing I'd rather have him with a roll in a new administration like he was supposed to under trump.
I have immense respect for Mr Kennedy and the Children's Health Defense. His running for President will give him a platform to inform so many more people about the truth he knows and has courage and integrity to impart to people. Thank you James, for sending this to us. It will never make the slightest difference to what happens in the future as the company policy and actions are controlled by the owners of the company and they are NOT influenced in any way whatsoever by what you want!!!
