That should be totally illegal. Anyone who can enlighten me as to why it's not? (Serious question).

Very serious question indeed (to mildly misread you).

It's not illegal because that would get in the way of profits. That is sadly the only logical option. I'm from Germany and things are pretty disheartening here as well, but as far as I'm aware, the U.S. governments over the decades have been the most effective in the world at legalizing and even institutionalizing corruption, especially when it comes to the health sector.

Indeed. I had no idea of the scale of corruption in these agencies, and now don't trust anything they say at all. Perhaps one upside of the covid scandal is the exposure of this evil.

Yes, many people of good heart, and, sadly, better long-term health prospects than those who've been had, have been stirred up and smelled the foul stench emanating from the establishment. Might just be a net positive in the long run. But our sacrifices as a human family are indescribable.

VRBPAC & ACIP are given waivers to slither by their conflicts of interest and it has been going on for decades. How do they get away with it? Biotech & pharma lobbyist in Washington have given millions of dollars to Congress & the Senate members (via pharma) who could stop this but they turn a blind eye to the conflict because they want the money to stay in office.

That's not correct. They are not waived. The rules are just not enforced.
