5. Microbes in our soil that affect our gardening methods and how we can improve our techniques to grow more nutritious crops on our own property without synthetic chemicals.

(1) How can we replace various microbiome components lost to multiple antibiotics, which resulted in GI dysfunction and discomfort plus adverse psychological effects?
(2) What nutrients or anti-inflammatories can one take to reduce or eliminate intrusive thoughts, and what substances should one avoid to reduce or eliminate them?
