As a young undergraduate student, my goal was to teach high school biology. Along the way, I fell in love with research. Genetics. Evolution. Biological diversification. Everywhere I went, I loved sharing knowledge: Understanding brings people together and allows deep consideration of their world.
That’s why IPAK-EDU was founded in 2020.
In three short years, the Biology Curriculum has expanded to include courses (F = Fall Term, S = Spring Term, Su = Summer Term):
It would make sense but is not required to have BioA and BioB before the other courses.
BioA (F) and BioB (S) - Dr. Lyons-Weiler Equivalent to Semester 1 and 2 of University Bio (100-level)
Environmental Toxicology (F) - Dr. Lyons-Weiler Equivalent to 200- or 300-level undergraduate course.
Genetics 1* (F) and Genetics 2** (S) - Dr. Dean Croshaw 300-level
Ecology for the Masses* (F) - Staff 300 level
Microbiology for the Masses (F) - Staff 200 or 300 level
Principles of Evolution* (F) - Dr. Lyons-Weiler 300-400 level
The Biology of Immunology (F) - Dr. Lyons-Weiler - 300-400 - level
Fundamentals of the Human Nervous System (F) - Staff 200-300 level.
