Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Tests the Appetite of Democrats for Science, Logic & Reason

While a dwindling MSM pulls out the tired, failed tropes of "anti-vaccine nut job", they will soon learn their old tactics of misinformation and unfounded ad hominem attacks will cost them further

In the marketplace of credibility, fewer people have more going for him than Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Those of us who have worked with Bobby and know precisely the full extent of the length the man goes to vet information before he takes a position can attest: His case for science on vaccine safety is bulletproof.

It was Bobby, after all, who realized that the Burbacher study showed that the mercury in the brains of monkeys stayed in the brain so long the authors could not estimate when it would clear, in contrast to the mercury from methylmercury.

Democrats have long held that they are the party of the people and that the GOP is untrustworthy due to their ties with big corporations. Enter 2017… Pharma approaches the Democrats with a blank check - the easiest campaign money the party has ever seen. Their goal? To rob American citizens of their rights to personal, religious, philosophical, and medical exemptions to State-level vaccine mandates.

Many were called to serve as witnesses to make statements in support of keeping exemptions. The late great Dr. Toni Bark, RIP. Dr. Alvin Moss. Dr. Brian Hooker. Dr. Bob Sears. Del Bigtree. Myself. So many others. At our own expense, we would travel from state to state - Washington, California, Connecticut, Ohio, New York, Maine, and New Jersey - bringing forward the harsh realities of the state of vaccine science. I was featured in the Netflix film, “Pandemic” - in Jan 2020 - on the cusp of the COVID-19 debacle.

While Democrat Governors met with Pharma representatives, I would lead the crowd in the chant “What Do You Want?” - to which they would respond “SCIENCE!” “When Do We Want It?” - “NOW!!!”

The community is hardly the anti-science throng of wild-eyed nutjobs MSM would have you believe.

Here are some verified facts that the Democrats and MSM cannot make untrue, regardless of what they say:

1. Not all vaccines have been tested for association with autism. I showed this first at Life University in 2015 in my “Magic” presentation (see the image with the data here in this testimony).

2. Some have - and some studies HAVE found an association. See "How Do Vaccines Cause Autism?" https://howdovaccinescauseautism.org

3. The studies used to claim that vaccines do not cause autism are underpowered, and the largest studied was likely utterly fraudulent. See IPAK Report (see the issue mentioned in this testimony).

4. The Childhood vaccines have not been safety tested against an inert placebo. Specifically, a valid placebo was used in only one small trial only trial for one of the 30 vaccine brands recommended by ACIP (ICAN Reply to HHS, p8) ICANDECIDE.ORG’s Placebogate findings.

5. The entire vaccine schedule recommended by ACIP has not been studied as a whole for safety vs. unvaccinated. The taboo against such studies has led to wrongful retractions.

6. The CDC was mandated by Congress to provide an updated report on vaccine safety every two years. Del Bigtree, Aaron Siri and the ICAN network won a concession from HHS that they have never once prepared or submitted a biennial report to Congress detailing improvements in vaccine safety as required under federal law, 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-27(c), thus failing to make any progress toward meeting the Congressional mandates of making vaccines safer, and identifying those at most risk as required by the 1986 Act (HHS Stipulation to ICAN; ICAN REply to HHS p72; ICAN-HHS-Stipulated-Order-July-2018).

7. 45 CFR 46 guarantees the protection of US citizens and everyone on US soil and its territories protection of unwanted experimentation, assuring the rights of individuals to provide informed consent or decline, any medical treatment, and any treatment under study. Parents have the right to withhold informed permission from the doctor for the vaccination of their children. This is why exemptions from vaccine mandates made those mandates constitutional: all vaccines are under constant “post-marketing” “pharmacovigilance” studies, and thus all persons vaccinated at any time are unwitting participants in ongoing, long-term vaccine safety. It is likely safe to say that in the post-marketing period, no parent in the history of the pediatric vaccine program has been afforded true informed consent regarding the experimental nature of vaccine roll-out.

8. In a series of studies, IPAK, not CDC nor FDA published the Pediatric Dose Limit for aluminum in vaccines. ICAN showed that neither CDC nor NIH could produce a single study that showed that aluminum dosing in pediatric vaccines is safe. We now know that children on the CDC schedule are in whole-body aluminum toxicity 100% of their days in the first year of life.

9. Children’s Health Defense publication, The Defender, has consistently published articles that provide the public with rich facts at their fingertips to become informed about complex issues affecting children’s - and adults’ - health.

10. IPAK’s peer-reviewed journal, Science, Public Health Policy & the Law, publishes peer-reviewed studies and papers that withstand any scrutiny and provide a haven for these papers. We will never cave to pressure or bribery for weaponized retraction.

These are just ten inconvenient realities with which the Democratic Party will have to contend.

Here’s another: I found out this weekend that two very close life-long GOPers are switching parties to help Bobby win the primary.

I left the party a while back, and consider myself a “recovering Democrat”. I’m also changing my party affiliation - from “Independent” to “Democrat”.

But that’s politics. The scientific, empirical reality is that hundreds of millions of people now recognize, due to the public health disaster of COVID-19, that CDC, FDA, NIH, and other three-letter HHS agencies consistently and thoroughly lie to and mislead the public.

Science is our species’ best way of knowing. Science is for asking questions. So, the question is, do the Democrats have the stomach for Science?
