Physicians, Heal Thyselves: Ethical Physicians Had Better File A Winning Case Against CMS Soon - and Make 45 CFR 46 and OSHA Cases Their Model
Without a winning case to free physicians from mandates for a useless vaccine, Western allopathic medicine is doomed. That will hurt their families. Wake them up.
Anyone reading my articles knows that I am no friend of allopathic medicine. I have great disdain for arrogance of knowledge from authority. Nevertheless, dozens of ethical physicians - nurses and MDs - have contacted me for scientific information to help them fight mandates. One came knocking on my front door at 6:30AM.
It is well known that the permanent stay on OSHA has helped many American citizens keep their job.
Physicians, however, are far behind the public. They want to attempt to use religious exemptions first. That helps them save face - and their jobs - since to bring forward the massive amount of evidence of zero or negative vaccine effectiveness somehow makes you a “quack”.
This is a message to physicians who think they can thread a small needle and land safe on the other side with meek arguments like religious exemptions:
You must meet CMS in court on two points:
(1) It is a violation of standing and enforceable public health regulations safeguarding people (including physicians) against unwanted experimentation. This is not abstract. It’s the law. See 45 CFR 46. Read ALL OF IT and make your lawyer read it as well.
(2) The OSHA cases that are succeeding have winning arguments. Follow them and set allopathic medicine free from public health tyranny.
Remember: You are an American citizen first and your employers answer to the American law first, and medical law second.
Physicians, heal thyselves.
