1. A pill that reverses erectile dysfunction.

That’s old news. Viagra, introduced over 20 years ago as Pfizer’s “little blue pill” ushered in the realization of a “blockbuster” drug.

So, here’s a new checklist that drug companies would love to have:

1. A pill that is inexpensive to make.

2. A pill that does not require long-term safety testing.

3. A pill that does not even have to do what it was designed to do.

4. A pill that is given Emergency Use Authorization.

5. A pill that will be purchased in bulk by the US government.

6. A pill that will be advertised, for free, by the US government and all mainstream (legacy) media outlets.

7. A pill that they can market and sell with zero liability for adverse events and deaths it might cause in some people.

8. A pill that appears far safe, and far more effective than it is due to collusion by the US government to warp, control, and enforce public perception on safety and effectiveness.

9. A pill that everyone knows (or believes) will yield $15-$30 billion in profit.

10. A pill that only has to work half the time for EUA approval.

11. A pill that, even at only 50% effectiveness, is misrepresented by appointed and elected officials as being able to prevent the disease it targets when it cannot.

12. A pill that loses efficacy within 6-8 months, requiring re-dosing of billions of people 2-3 times per year.

13. A pill that, even at only 50% effectiveness, is misrepresented by appointed and elected officials as being able to save your life from the disease it cannot prevent.

14. A pill that, if anyone claims caused them serious adverse events, or deaths in their families, would instantly lead to social isolation, condemnation by the press and by politicians, limitation of rights to access to school facilities, private businesses, school, work, and healthcare.

15. A pill that will require high-profile preliminary and follow-up short-term m clinical trials with accelerated, combined Phase 2/3 trials.

16. A pill about which the drug company can publish clinical data by press release, without any formal submission to FDA, based on a mere promise of submission of the data.

17. A pill that allows executives in the company to “pump and dump” their stocks as they control messaging about safety and efficacy.

18. A pill that, if voted to be approved by Federal commissions with your members attending and voting, automatically becomes mandated in many US states for school attendance.

19. A pill for which you are only required to use retrospective, epidemiological correlation studies that (a) is easy to manipulate by adjusting for variables you can call confounders even when they are co-predictors, (b) perpetually fall short of providing sufficient evidence of the type required to assess causality.

20. A pill that the public is convinced is necessary for them to (a) survive, and (b) return to normalcy of their lives.
