Hallmarks of Fascism: A World Without Dissent
The wisdom of the minority has played an important role in keeping civilization from going off the rails. A monopoly on information and Corporate/Govt mergers are hallmarks of fascism.
Fear is a powerful leash.
If in 2000, you were told that American citizens would willfully subject themselves to arbitrary searches of their bodies and belonging, including strip searches on demand, simply to board a plane and travel from one state to another, you’d tell that person they were crazy.
Yet, to go anywhere via plane, we subject ourselves to such invasions of their person and seizures of their property.
Let’s have a look at the Fourth Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Personal items have been seized by the TSA, from bottled water and sunscreen to knives, guns, axes, razors, and chainsaws have been seized by TSA. The valuable items are sold and the funds go to the US Treasury. But still… probable cause applies to individuals, not to groups of individuals, and not to the entire population.
In 2010, The Washington Post published an article warning that we were living in “A hidden world, growing beyond control”. The article highlighted the danger of the ease with which businesses we hacked as de facto agents of the State via security concerns. The National Security State that emerged post-9/11 is not restricted by any means to travel. We are all monitored online lest our words are too dangerous for others to read; you are prevented from reading what others are thinking; you are not allowed to participate in group meetings if the government has decided that your gathering is too dangerous (COVID-19 church shuttering), and your personal, private information was allowed to be made public via HHS turning a blind eye to violations of HIPAA (formal policy shift)).
I am currently “permanently suspended” on Twitter - take a moment to tell Twitter to #GetJackBack!). Dr. Peter McCollough was just permanently suspended from Twitter as well. It is not widely known that Twitter is a de facto State agent, doing the censorship bidding of the US Government.
What’s changed is not just the policy per se but just how widespread gullibility of the American public to believe that government - no, BIG Government is the answer to nearly any and all problems. Dependency on the state as a way of life is the antithesis of the American way of life and enjoying the adult state of self-dependency.
Last week, one of my favorite recovering liberals, my friend, and ally Dr. Pierre Kory, gave a presentation in Pontiac, Michigan. The speech was infuriating; he compared the CIA’s Disinformation Playbook to the 2020-2022+ war on the reality.

The Playbook, used first by Big Tobacco, was clearly in use against the knowledge (facts) that early interventions with common, OTC supplements and widely available treatments like hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, black seed oil, and many, many others have efficacy against hospitalization and death against COVID-19 - a reality backed (by far) by the majority of published studies. Dr. Kory stepped through the precise phases of the Disinformation Playbook - developed by Big Tobacco - which is now in use against scientists and doctors who maintain their internal core of ethics in the face of madness. It was a painful presentation for him to give, clearly. To his credit, Dr. Kory has stood against pharmacofascism and the madness of Big Medicine to all of our benefit.
One of the things that puzzled Dr. Kory was how was it that nearly all of his colleagues in medicine lost their minds during COVID. Patients were presenting with the symptoms of COVID-19, and yet doctors were telling patients to do nothing. In hospital? Supportive care only. Saline IV. Oxygen. Food. That’s it. No anticoagulants. No antiviral therapy. No immune support. He and his closest colleagues - all massively published physicians like Paul Marek - were ignored and abused, nearly all of their careers destroyed - because they dared to communicate a minority view. It’s absolutely crazy that these physicians - leaders in their fields - were shut down.

The event was hosted by Michigan Health Choice Alliance, a PAC that has worked - successfully - to seat county candidates who are pro-personal responsibility, pro-informed consent, and pro-choice. Their work has been impressive - they have successfully flipped a board of county commissioners on the issues of lockdowns and vaccine mandates - and that county’s health director has resigned.
This is the antithesis of the wet dream of the national security state envisaged by globalists, who have other plans for Michigan and for every other state in the United States of America. The World Economic Forum is opening offices to operate across Michigan, and, no doubt, your state, too. They will work with, and they will be the far-left liberals in the US promoting socialism first, and then NeoMarxism, as the rational choice against the big-money people like Jeff Bezos who, they claim, will be turning you into Serfs.
Leftist initiatives are two main test grounds: California first, then New York. Three states then follow - Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania - for the normalization of radical leftist programs. California and New York have all but fallen to radical left ideologues who want everyone with a farm to move to the city. Michigan is a now a red-hot test state in the battleground of ideology in the US: under the NeoMarxists, everyone in the “hinterlands” of rural America is to be “saved” by being made to live in congested megacities, near rails for transportation, in little boxes where their every move, statement, and eventually thought is monitored and sent to a central database for analysis.
We’ve seen the warnings in SciFi dystopian films: the National Security State needs also to be an Information State, with total awareness of the activities and conversations of its citizens. Dissent, as in China, cannot be tolerated. Dissent, as in China, is made to be an act of violence against the People. The CCP came to power over fear of external threats; now, that fear is supplanted by fear of the party itself. It works.
The healthy view on dissent of course is that it is a normal - and necessary - part of political discourse. Kierkegaard, considered the first existentialist philosopher, wrote in 1850 that
“Truth always rests with the minority because the minority is generally formed by those who really have an opinion, while the strength of a majority is illusory, formed by the gangs who have no opinion.”
In an unfortunate reality for the modern radical left, Frederick Douglass also celebrated the healthy role of the minority viewpoint in a speech, also in 1850:
“There are times in the experience of almost every community, when even the humblest member thereof may properly presume to teach — when the wise and great ones, the appointed leaders of the people, exert their powers of mind to complicate, mystify, entangle and obscure the simple truth — when they exert the noblest gifts which heaven has vouchsafed to man to mislead the popular mind, and to corrupt the public heart, — then the humblest may stand forth and be excused for opposing even his weakness to the torrent of evil.”
The National Security State erases the will to dissent using fear; fear of terrorist attacks from outside, fear of a virus, and, slowly, after the public is primed, fear of social isolation and penalties of speaking or acting out against the enforced majority.
But enforced majority viewpoints are not the same as enforced majority will; the will of the spirit, the individual self, and this is why we won the COVID-19 rounds and robbed them of their opportunity to seize total control over every aspect of our lives.
Economists understand the wisdom of the minority and its importance in social learning:
“We consider a simple variant of the canonical model of social learning and show that in many situations it is optimal for an agent to abandon her own information and follow the minority rather than the majority. This possibility depends on two economically meaningful requirements: agents are differentially informed and observe only the number of agents having chosen each option, such as consumers observing only market shares. We show that minority wisdom arises when information is sufficiently heterogeneous and the well-informed are not overly abundant, yet the conditions necessary are not overly restrictive. In fact, it is possible for the minority to be wise even when the minority consists of a lone dissenter and a majority of citizens are well-informed. (Callander & Horner, 2009)”
For Big Pharma and Big Allopathy, a totalitarian National Security State is merely a matter of convenience; reducing barriers to the administration of profitable drugs and vaccines is no different to them than running a pipeline for oil to reduce the cost of distribution to consumers. For them, human rights do not represent something beautiful, like the power of the freedom of will and self-determination, but instead, an inconvenience, an annoyance. Friction.
When Big Pharma realized they could try to use the power of the state to mandate their liability-free products, they chose the left. And the left became flush with cash. Overnight, the classical differences between liberals and conservatives emphasized by liberals on their own - that the fight was against far-right fascism, with conservatives “in bed with”, corporations running the military-industrial-government complex, disappeared. The Democratic party found itself between the sheets with corporations of their own; the money was easy - and the money was powerful.
Top-down party politics took root in the Democratic party, and everything became warped. At one public meeting in 2019 that I attended at spoke at in Connecticut, a member of the public informed elected officials that their seats were in jeopardy due to loss of vote if they acted against the will of their constituents, to which one politician responded that she would not stoop to “pandering”. Clearly, in her mind, she was “ruling”, not “representing”. Activists around the country concerned over their individual rights should ask - in public - at every opportunity - at all levels of government - whether a specific elected person thinks they are “ruling” or “representing”, after reminding them they we live in a representative (democratic) republic.
The close cooperation between corporations and governments over security issues was warned against in 2010 in the WashPo article. The horrors of 9/11 primed businesses to do the government’s bidding - and yet this is now the bone of contention over censorship of the people by Big Social Media at the bidding of the government. Without hesitation, it seems, Twitter has decided that it is an agent of the state. (See “RFK, Jr. ‘Astonished’ After Documents Reveal How Biden Administration and Big Tech Colluded to Censor COVID ‘Misinformation’”)
There are lawsuits and reconciliation of the delimitation of entities will only be possible if the separation of powers is enhanced. At stake is your ability to read articles like this one. Activist, liberal judges act to reinforce the power of the State; constitutionalist judges will act to return us to a balance of power. Everyone must work hard to understand who is running, and the types of people they will appoint. These are the electoral issues that matter most to freedom in America in 2022.
A reader wrote to me a very moving email:
“They are creating a world with no room for dissent. Where do you turn for clarity when everything is ‘crazy’?
Schmitt and Landry filed lawsuit against Fauci and Biden for suppressing free speech and for censorship. I am not under the delusion that the Democrats are protecting us when the democrats have not responded to the covid injections deaths and injuries which surpass the number of injuries and deaths from the covid illness.
I feel very troubled and slighted by the left. They appear to be unconcerned about Freedom of Speech and Body Sovereignty. They just follow along.

After I saw the interview of Alex Jones I also noticed I was receiving info from Defending Rights & Dissent working to expose the National Security State.
Both Jones and Del discussed the CIA during the interview. You do not have to listen to the interview to know that the National Security State is out of control. The Wa Po did an investigative report a decade ago. A hidden world, growing beyond control.
Given what I’ve witnessed in Michigan, I am confident that the horror of Totalitarianism has galvanized resistance to manipulation by fear induced by viruses to cause a tidal wave of general activism to hold each and every elected person in every office accountable for their service, to tell them to park their “ruling” attitudes, and to investigate the sources of their funding and hold them accountable if they are receiving donations from companies whose profit margins will benefit as a result of their votes on laws or their policy statements.
We can expect a tidal wave of resistance against politicians that accept money from their Party because most of it comes from Pharma. There should be litmus tests questions - “How much money have you accepted from the (___________) party for your campaign?” “Do you support censorship of dissenting voices on social media?” “Do you support the enforcement of fundamental rights to informed consent for medical procedures and medical experimentation?”
A tidal wave. In fact, the tidal wave has already begun.
We are the tidal wave.
The question is how far inland will it roll?
We all have a responsibility to participate in our own governance.
It is time to dissent against fear.

If you had a friend who kicked you out for saying true things, repeatedly, and you keep going back, and insist we help you, who is the fool? Let Twitter die as it should, it is an arm of the government. You are training and rewarding an abuser to keep abusing you.
