James, Some of us just do not listen to podcasts but we hate missing great content. Many sites (just went through this with Ian Miller -- he fixed it in literally 30 minutes) make an automated transcript of their podcasts so that those of us that are visual can appreciate them. The auto-transcribers are not perfect, but they are surprisingly good and will expand the audience for good content. Hope you can do this.
