Nature has all the answers, if we know where to look.

Mushrooms might not help if it's due to aluminum toxicity from adjuvants, unless it's somehow a chelator.

it was an incredible moment to round the coner on the forest trails down the road and come accross my local lions mane. In person it is amazing having a saw tooth quality about it that makes it hard to focus on the surface and see the details and even harder to explain! I hope you experience this wonder in person like I did. I took it home and tinctured it, although eating is better if you have a access to a good continuous patch. i personally wanted to preserve its medicine so i used alchohol.

But really? a ons fits all solution? that is not a holistic perspective but an allopathic one, rather muting yourself. Yes lions mane is effective for cognitive / neural issues amongst other things, depending on who you are and how you present.

As always, the environment shapes us as much we shape it and really cant be lifted out of the equation.

A friend told me about Lion’s Mane for mental function, so when I saw that it was on sale with the company I most use for supplements, I got a bunch.

I’m 64, and I’ve started that thing where I stop walking and wonder what I went looking for in the first place. It’s distressing. But after starting with this mushroom, two caps a day, when that forgetfulness thing happens, that’s when I realize I had skipped taking it for a few days. Certainly seems to work in that regard.

Now I want to find out how to grow it.

I found this on the culture of Lion’s Mane mushroom. It looks a tad involved compared to growing purple hulled peas… but it’s probably not too difficult

I just bought a kit to try and grow some of it at home. Wish me luck.

I tried a health bar that contained Lion's mane and was very surprised by how it made me feel. I was skeptical too and you are welcome to disbelieve my experience. Either way, I now regularly take lion's mane supplements. I purchase it from Amazon, and plan to continue using it for a long time. I suggest that interested people try ordering a bottle from a vendor they feel is reputable and see if the effects are noticeable for them. For me, they were.
