When do vaccines return to gold standard, saline placebo safety studies? Layering one ill tested vaccine upon another for many generations is a recipe for disaster.
"Unethical" is the cry if you call for true placebos. Yet I am sure there are plenty of people who decline or just don't take X vaccine who could serve as the placebo arm. How is it unethical if someone wasn't going to take it anyway? Yes, that won't work for blinded studies but it's certainly better than the current deceptive or data manipulative practices.

This should be investigated as a drug interaction. The timing with a drug known to prolong QT and either inflammation or the LNPs having intrinsic cardiac toxicity (ion channel changes) should be studied.

Secondly, the dangerous outcomes of the first mRNA vaccines for covid, are largely a result of the nature of the technology: genetically modifying or at least influencing human cells to produce foreign proteins. I do think you really missed the irregularity of them issuing an RTF, signed by Vinay himself, overruling FDA staff. This is one of the most salient points that highlights the politicization of this. The political actor interfered in the review process, at its core. That is where the outrage comes from- that an RTF was issued by the political actor, and the submission wasn't even allowed to go to BLA review.
