After 22 years that I applied for compensation from vaccine court(and pulled out without prejudice just before they threw out 5,000 claims) I still have saved every piece of medical records etc that applied to my grandson's case of autism. I pray I'm still alive to be able to cover the courtroom with their bags of lies and evaporate the bad intentioned with tinkerbell dust. May the god of truth

It's also maddening that some of this information coming out is treated like it's been newly discovered. Ummmmm hello some of us were screaming from the rooftops while they were happening! I was booted from Facebook for speaking about it. We knew but so many ignored us. I often tell people in their 20's if you're fully vaccinated, your parents ignored this information. Interesting question. The patent was for gene therapy, but most likely since the public would not have been receptive to this novel treatment the injections were marketed as "vaccines". It would be repugnant but unsurprising for vaccine manufacturers to conveniently change their terminology in order to remain exempt from liability.
Lord willing, accountability will be restored and product manufacturers will be held liable again. Kudos to RFKjr, who may be the firstHHS federal employee to do what he said he would do. We can’t continue to allow an industry to be protected while the threat of locally mandated “compliance” still exists.

We were railroaded by Congress with the 'Lilly Rider." When we were removed to USCFC in VICP, we were gaslit for years. No evidence ever presented. Then dismissed on the 36 month technicality.
The truth is, like 1000's of others in the 90's we did not even know what autism was. We had no physician that properly documented the encephalitis. Only the horrible result. No knowledge of VAERS. Nor VSD. It took years to figure it out . Then more time to find legal representation.
If this is to be resolved ( I doubt it) in USCFC) there must be "tolling" allowed. No Court of Equity ( (State or US District) slaps an arbitrary statute on MINORS. Let alone one who is "incompetent" so as to not be protected to file tort claims.
I'd prefer that the whole matter is taken off the table and the 1986 NCVIA liability shield is removed
But, I trust RFK to help restore our due process rights so we may return to pursue justice. The last words ( hollow then) of Master Hastings to me was "if the rules change you can come back."
I have one last question for him, even after we prevail and collect monetary damages:
"Where do we go to get our lives back?"
