They never address the substance of what he is actually saying, and their media make sure his voice is rarely directly heard. Here in Ireland, he was treated as marginal and untrustworthy throughout the Presidential campaign, and only fleetingly referred to, when he actually had great support and was a pivotal figure in the USA. Not a single long-form interview with him was conducted or broadcast, while the circuses performed and the cheap jibes uttered by candidates with virtually nothing of substance to say, consumed hundreds hours of listening and analysis time.
Mention his name and both American and Irish interlocutors respond with a media-seeded caricatural interpretation of the man and his words. The press campaign is remarkably single-minded and sustained, reflecting the owners’ fear of the truth he utters, and the craven, unreflecting incuriosity of their hired hands, otherwise known as journalists. Nobody who didn’t actively search for it could be aware of the depth and extent of his honourable and fact-based campaign.
My tuppence ha’penny worth, without knowing what he knows of the perils he faces: perhaps somewhat less compromise with the industry? But it’s his call, and his professional and political judgment have served him well in the past. His opponents are incorrigible.
Dr Lyons-Weiler’s analysis of the industry’s techniques of evasion and misrepresentation is subtle and perfect. But have those who should be listening got ears to hear?
In my opinion, what the BIO Trade Association is planning is a no-brainer. It's exactly what they have been doing as a business model. To expect anything less of them is naive. They have to neutralize the threat that Kennedy and his supporters represent to their very existence. It's existential. To add, they will have the main stream media working for them.

Reformed theology teaches that worship of any other gods besides the one true God in whom we believe, is pagan, in that it is entirely bound up in earthly/fleshly fealty - just as was GrecoRoman worship. Such worship does not honor the One whom we consider to be our father and creator. Pagans are not atheists; they are worshippers of false gods. Yes as I said above I think the deletion of the woman gods was a mistake. We have been left with Zeus and Apollo. And Zeus was always a bit of a rogue, he needed eyes on him.
