A message to those involved in "Science Communication". Perception manipulation failed. Narrative enforcement may be your paycheck now, but there is no future for the commonplace practice of lying.
Thank you! A pretty clear message to “the science and medical community”. It needs to be preached loudly; the forces which have enforced the official narrative are still very much here and very interested in their own power and wealth. Only by the collective action and voices of thousands of individuals will these forces be overcome.

Fraud is fraud. Science is science. They do not overlap.
There's been a lot of fraud. Not so much science.
It's a joke, masquerading as a meme: science is sacred; conspiracies are profane.

How about this:
- Publish all works on something like arXiv.
- Current journals become peer reviewers and commentary on articles picking out and amplifying what they choose.
- Advertisers go away other than typical click bait stuff ubiquitous on the internet (and largely ignored).
