1. Is this credible? Or headline-grabbing disinformation? The Lancet has a recent track record of questionable editorial policies and also published a completely false report on the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine. Public health also has a record of not reporting adverse events.

2. Generalizability Concerns: The unique nature of this case raises questions about its applicability to the general population. HIM's lack of adverse effects does not necessarily translate to a universal safety profile for repetitive or even single-dose vaccinations among diverse genetic backgrounds.

3. Genetic Risk: The absence of SAEs in HIM might inadvertently highlight the existence of genetic predispositions that could influence individual responses to vaccines. This case suggests that while some individuals may tolerate excessive vaccine doses without apparent harm, others might be at risk of SAEs even from standard vaccination protocols.
