Outgoing NIAID Director Anthony "Lockdown" Fauci Doubles Down on Vaccines AND LOCKDOWNS - In BBC Interview

Acting as though the world's lived experience has proven him right, Tony "Lockdown" Fauci tells BBC Interviewer: China should increase vaccination rates,and do lockdown are useful if they do it right

On Dec 9, 2022, outgoing NIAID Director Anthony Fauci forever adopted the identity as the man who promoted COVID-19 vaccination and continued to urge lockdowns long, long after they have been shown to be worse than failure. He says lockdowns are a-ok, as long as they are done right.

In a BBC interview title was heralded “Dr. Anthony Fauci Talks: Covid, China and Online Misinformation”.

Partway into the interview, Fauci was asked:

“There is (a) sense now, isn’t there, where some people can say, quite legitimately, say, you know, it would be been better more of the United States had followed, for instance, the Ron Desantis model down Florida: fewer restrictions, fewer mitigations, and possibly more deaths at first, almost the Swedish model… have you changed your mind whether the severity of the lockdown in the United States was misjudged?”

Fauci then blames local policy for the implementation of lockdown, citing scare tactics used to create public panic - but then, in a typical Fauci gas light move, admits recommending locking down. Does he even hear himself speak?

“I would not, under any circumstances adopt the Swedish model”, citing that compared to other Scandinavian countries, Sweden had a “much, much worse” outcome. “If you look at the data, that model didn’t work very well”.

According to Johns Hopkins University, at this time, Sweden comes in all told to date at 210 deaths/100K; the Netherlands 137, and Finland, 136. The US beats all of the Scandanavian countries at 329 deaths/100K.

The interviewer then asks about China, asking about what he thought about the Chinese government basing their strategy on the fact that the Omicron variant is more transmissible compared to earlier variants, but less deadly. Fauci inexplicably responds:

“Well, what I worry about in China is that they have not, but I hope they do, put a very aggressive attempt at getting as many people vaccinated as possible. Particularly the elderly. If you’re going to be locking down during the time of vaccination availability, again, you only do it temporarily so you can really put a lot of effort into getting as many people vaccinated as possible so that you can open up society as quickly as possible”.

“But to just lockdown for a prolonged period of time without using that period of time to allow you to be able open up… that, I think, is a flawed strategy”

As if the US ended the lockdown due to the vaccination program. They didn’t.

As if the vaccine stops transmission. It doesn’t.

As if most of those now hospitalized and dying are not vaccinated. It’s the opposite.

As if the mass casualty event of post-vaccine cardiovascular events, thrombocytopenia, clotting disorders, and sudden deaths are not happening. They are.

This man is dense in the head, delusional, or both.

About a year before this day, Fauci stood behind Biden as Biden addressed the scare due to Omicron’s transmissibility. Boston Globe, infamous for calling for the hanging of people who are against vaccination, covered the event with an article entitled, “There's no need for lockdown' Officials urge caution not panic as world learns more about Omicron” (Nov 30, 2021).

At that press conference, Biden said as long as people are vaccinated and wear their masks, there is no need for panic.

It is now widely understood that neither masks nor COVID-19, vaccination prevent transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
