This is such a timely post, Jack! I 100% agree with the contents. The current publication environment for scientific, technical and medical publishing is geared towards narrative enforcing of consensus science. Since publication of discoveries is the life-blood of many researchers and institutions, the act of weaponized retraction is in the same leagues as de-banking or de-platforming.
Case in point, Dr. Daphne Denham and her recent publication of a retrospective case series of juvenile concussions that were resolved in days (not weeks) using hyperbaric oxygen therapy. UHM journal had accepted her article and published it. The editor, after getting an anonymous email claiming that there was a serious ethical violation in the article (that the peer-reviewers and editors apparently missed...gee, that's convenient) told Dr. Denham that the paper would be reviewed a second time by the editors. After the review, they claimed an ethical violation and told her that the paper would be retracted.
No letter to the editor, no corrigendum from the author...just retraction and the explicit punishment to the author that they own the copyright to the article and will not allow her to publish elsewhere.
However long overdue its full public disclosure, the weaponization has already taken on a life its own in the political arena.
Had I not studied a bit of behavioral science, I would have been utterly nonplussed yesterday when a political activist accused me of being "an intellectual bully and not believing in science."
The crime of Covid propagandizing was preceded by other, less comprehensive malfeasance. What we observed was astonishing in one regard; the birth of a new religion, replete with heretic-hunting and witch-burning.
Fascinating to study, albeit in a rather horrifying way.
After getting injured by Pfizer’s covid injection, I started to scan medical journals for answers. I began to notice that each journal prefaced their piece with obsequious lauding of the shots which raised my suspicions. The propaganda began even before the roll out, inculcated with terms like anti vaxxers, anti science, 2 shots would end the pandemic, herd immunity could only be accomplished through vaccination. Doctors, even family court judges, scientists were getting their reputations smeared, fined , loss of license to practice for speaking out. Credentialed scientists getting papers retracted. This all was a grand plan to deceive.
I now have to see a neuro ophthalmologist, when I told her that journals are corrupted by pharma and their money, she told me in no uncertain terms that they’d have to disclose conflicts of interest. How many doctors aren’t aware of this corruption? None of this is good for us and our health. What is vitally needed is open discussion, debate without the threat of having careers and lives destroyed. So many scientists live in fear and don’t want to rock the boat. I hope this endeavour that’s being proposed succeeds. It will if scientists feel safe.
JUSTICE must be served. Andrew Wakefields's credentials must be returned. He earned them. He was robbed. Them made him a scapegoat. Same story with the British Horizon/Post Office Scandal. The culprits walk free. I am ashamed to be a scientist. There is nobody left of Feynmann'c calibre.

Modern medicine has entered absurdity. What began as a noble effort to alleviate suffering has metastasized into a machinery of control, dependence, disguised helplessness, endless sickness, “unsuspected” death and alienation—a system that treats life as a malfunctioning mechanism rather than a living, self-regulating organism.
The biomedical model, presented as a symbol of progress, now stands as a monument to reductionism, dualism, and the death of meaning in science, a tremendous threat to humanity. A foundation of war against humanity, an open door for repression and psychopathic structures.
