With the announcement just made by the Canadian Heath Minister today I suspect that although Israel is the only country that has announced entering into such a deal it is the case with other countries as well (they are just keeping their citizens even more in the dark).
Israel the country whose citizens are descendants of those who were victims of forced medical experimentation at the hands of Nazis, whose tribulations were the basis of the Nuremberg code, is now the first stop for forced medical experiments in the form of vaccine trials.
