IPAK-EDU Needs an Administrative Assistant

We don't want to use a loan. But we do need someone who can help with the important work of keeping things running smoothly.

We’re going to apply Dr. Hickie’s amazing influence of $2K per year toward a full-time Admin Assistant for IPAK-EDU. Clearly, as amazing as that development was, $2K is not going to cut it.

We are trying to fund a full-time Administrative Assistant who can help with

• Helping Students with Enrollment and Course Registrations

• Helping Instructors and Students Find Their Way to Class

• Helping Instructors Keep Their Syllabi Current

• Maintaining my busy weekly schedule

• Scheduling Podcast Interviews

• Arranging Meetings

• Administering the IPAK-EDU Affiliate Program

• Help set up the IPAK-EDU Continuing Medical Education Credit program

• Various other duties that keep things running smoothly

We need to fund this specific position for a whole year to make sure they are given sufficient continuous support.

Our goal is $65K.

We’re now at $63K due to the Hickie effect.
