Richard, you are still answering an argument I am not making. I am not disputing Moderna’s nefarious conduct, defending the COVID injections or denying the enormous harm they may have caused. On the dangers of these so-called vaccines, we are largely on the same side.
My disagreement concerns the step before all of that: I do not accept that there was a genuine viral pandemic.
Patents involving modified genetic sequences, proteins or vaccine technology do not establish that a complete, purified, disease-causing virus existed in nature—or that it travelled around the world making millions of people sick. Nor does finding a short sequence in a patent prove ownership or creation of an entire virus. A genetic fragment is not a virus, any more than one sentence is a novel.
The relevant question remains: Was an intact virus properly isolated from a sick person, purified, characterized and then demonstrated through controlled experiments to cause the claimed disease? Pointing to patents does not supply that missing evidence. It merely assumes the existence of the virus and moves directly to the question of who manufactured it.
I believe the COVID injections were dangerous and that Moderna and the other manufacturers should be held accountable. But one does not need to believe in a circulating killer virus to recognize vaccine injury. Obvious Questions:
1) These vaccines are not mRNA and they never were, by US Supreme Court Law 2013 they are ModRNA DNA because they are patented.
2) To make the vaccines, Moderna first had to have the Covid-19 Neucloids virus to create them from, which Moderna did from before 2013.
3) Does a Gene Therapy modified, but previously Human, but now Trans Human, have any Legal Rights, as there does not seem to be any Laws in place relating to them.
4) If mRNA is the key to Heaven and universal to all "natural life forms" on this planet, what door does ModRNA DNA open at death?
5) What Legal Standing Does a genetically modified Trans Human (as above) owned by a biotechnology company or others, have, in a Human Court Of Law .

Richard, you are still answering an argument I am not making. I am not disputing Moderna’s nefarious conduct, defending the COVID injections or denying the enormous harm they may have caused. On the dangers of these so-called vaccines, we are largely on the same side.
My disagreement concerns the step before all of that: I do not accept that there was a genuine viral pandemic.
Patents involving modified genetic sequences, proteins or vaccine technology do not establish that a complete, purified, disease-causing virus existed in nature—or that it travelled around the world making millions of people sick. Nor does finding a short sequence in a patent prove ownership or creation of an entire virus. A genetic fragment is not a virus, any more than one sentence is a novel.
The relevant question remains: Was an intact virus properly isolated from a sick person, purified, characterized and then demonstrated through controlled experiments to cause the claimed disease? Pointing to patents does not supply that missing evidence. It merely assumes the existence of the virus and moves directly to the question of who manufactured it.
I believe the COVID injections were dangerous and that Moderna and the other manufacturers should be held accountable. But one does not need to believe in a circulating killer virus to recognize vaccine injury. Indeed, the injections were real physical products containing biologically active materials; the alleged virus is the part whose existence and disease-causing role remain unproven.
Nor am I denying that people became sick or died. My position is that the appearance of a pandemic was created through fraudulent testing, statistical manipulation, the relabeling of ordinary illnesses, fear, neglect, lockdown damage and lethal hospital protocols—including isolation, inappropriate ventilation and drugs such as remdesivir. Once mass vaccination began, vaccine injuries and deaths became an additional factor.
So I am not arguing that Moderna is innocent. I am arguing that Moderna’s wrongdoing does not prove its preferred cover story. You are presenting evidence about patents and injections; I am asking for proof of the alleged pathogen and pandemic. Those are two different questions.

I am impressed by the way that you interjected the concept of "mental contract" in this essay at the end of the first section, where the hypothesis might reside. There is not only an ongoing information war over concepts such as what a vaccine is, but other concepts are also up for grabs. Namely, what constitutes a "social contract."
