Right now, parents and guardians who choose one vaccine over another can reduce chronic aluminum exposure by 37%. If they make the right choice under the proposed schedule, that reduction is 78%.
Agreed, zero aluminum is the best strategy. And removal of unsafe epitopes. But we have to note immediate protections. Choice, of course, always. These data are important for those who are being forced to vaccinate due to state laws, or court orders in custody, etc.
To back up your explanations with hard science, here are two foundational, peer-reviewed papers. One directly connects microglial autophagy to synaptic pruning and behavioral changes, while the other establishes the mechanism of aluminum's long-term biopersistence and lysosome-disrupting nature within phagocytic cells.
Paper 1: The Link Between Autophagy Deficits and Synaptic Pruning Failure
This landmark paper demonstrates that if you block autophagy specifically in microglia, the brain fails to prune synapses, leading directly to abnormal brain connectivity and neurodevelopmental/behavioral traits.
Title: Deficient autophagy in microglia impairs synaptic pruning and causes social behavioral defects (Kim et al., 2017).
What they did: Researchers genetically knocked out the vital autophagy gene Atg7 specifically in microglia (using Lyz2-Cre mice).
What they found:
Without Atg7, microglia were completely unable to degrade engulfed synaptosomes (synaptic components).
This failure in autophagic degradation led to an accumulation of unpruned, immature dendritic spines in the brain.
The mice with autophagy-deficient microglia developed social deficits and repetitive behaviors, proving that microglial autophagy is a key regulator of physical synaptic pruning and healthy neurodevelopment (Kim et al., 2017).
Paper 2: The Mechanism of Aluminum as a Lysosome/Autophagy Disrupter
This paper explains how aluminum acts as a physical block to these cellular digestion systems, emphasizing its long-term persistence and destructive effect on lysosomes.
Title: Biopersistence and Brain Translocation of Aluminum Adjuvants of Vaccines (Gherardi, 2015).
What they analyzed: The cellular kinetics of aluminum-based particulate compounds and how they interact with phagocytic cells (like macrophages and microglia).
What they found:
Lysosomal Destabilization: Aluminum is a highly biopersistent metal. Once engulfed by phagocytic cells, it cannot be easily broken down, leading to direct crystal-induced rupture of the phagolysosomal membranes.
Autophagy Blockade: For cells to safely solubilize and handle these metals, they must successfully compartmentalize them in autophagosomes and fuse them with acidic lysosomes. Because aluminum destabilizes the lysosome (neutralizing its acidic pH and causing enzyme leakage), it halts "autophagic flux"—meaning the cellular garbage disposal system gets permanently jammed (Gherardi, 2015).

I am interested in that tool for total exposure…my daughter is heading toward nursing school and there is no way around Hep B, Tdap, MMR and chicken pox…if we knew how to mitigate her risk of toxicity it would help her.
She had had no v’s previously but still has intractable nocturnal epilepsy since age 7. She had one Hep B in April to begin her shots and about ten days later had a flareup of seizures that required extra intervention via hospitalization and increasing meds. We do not know if it was the shot or also that she had had her first and only tattoo.
We wish we knew. She desires greatly to be a nurse but we aren’t sure if the mandatory shots will harm her long term.
Colorado. So, yes, she definitely can in Texas. I have an adult child, so I went over her options afa vaccines-none, all, some, one dose rather than a series (which is likely unnecessary), booster decisions, brands, ingredients, other countries’ options (no human fetal cells), religious reasons to seek accommodation, and treatment options.
If she’s already medical fragile with seizures, she’s risking not being an RN AND destroying her health because of poor reactions.
Nurses spend all day with patients who don’t want care or treatment. It’s good practice to stand up for herself. Informed consent!
I guess you missed what happened with the pandemic. The doctors and nurses all used as guinea pigs to force the other lemmings to join them in their leap of cliff.
You either inject nanoparticles into 12 month old babies and love it.
Or you try to run off with the baby to save it.
Or maybe just avoid it for yourself and screw that helpless baby and their gullible parents.
The middle path? shades of grey? or diluted ethics?
This discussion is ill-posed. This is like joining the army and asking for a killing exemption because it goes against a commandment. Don't join the army if you don't want to kill.
You are negotiating with a demon at the gates of hell for discounted admission.
That first pandemic was the dry run. Nobody was hung, and they have 10 rounds in the chamber and they have mRNA FLU vaccines rubber stamped by the FDA on August 5th.
Tell your daughter to head in the opposite direction. She can become a vaccine designer and won't be mandated. But putting yourself where your boss feels no problems in trying to sculpt your immune system? why not just apply to be someone's pet dog?
no good comes from serving an evil master.

How late is this in the game? Know more than a handfull of vax-injured kids, some attended or still attend special schools, others transitioned. At first it was just 1 set of twins after a dangerous Tdap or Dtap, later pulled off the market by mid-1980s. Now allergies, autoimmune and worse is everywhere you look, if you care to notice.
We don't have any data on that important question at all. HHS never got around to comparing their toxicities because you don't do that with vaccine adjuvants. You get fired. Or, at least, you did.
Here is my take based on multiple studies on the way aluminum adjuvants behave after injection into the body.
The toxicity of aluminum adjuvants in babies cannot be defined by a single “safe” threshold in micrograms per kilogram because biological effects may depend not only on total aluminum mass, but also on particle form, persistence at the injection site, macrophage uptake, cytokine and chemokine production, dose timing, spacing of repeated injections, developmental vulnerability, and individual susceptibility. A cumulative mass-based threshold may therefore fail to capture immune-mediated and critical-window effects.
It's still clown city. The aluminum exposure should be down to ZERO.

Our state school allows RNs to graduate without vaccines using a religious accommodation. One local hospital will take her for clinicals.
She is in Texas…where are you?
Do you think if she found a hospital willing to take her for clinicals, we should present that to the school as a way not to get them?

Never too late to stop causing autoimmunity. See the date on this study and the two other IPAK studies it cites? https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0946672X19305784 #WeTriedToWarnYouWeReallyDid
How do we know the new adjuvants are any better/safer than aluminum? I realize we know Al is toxic, but could this just be another case similar to replacing BPA with BPS & BPF (https://search.brave.com/search?q=did+removing+bpa+just+move+to+a+different+unsafe+alternative&conversation=094b268be825caddd51e7b06e24213fb2657&summary=1)?

Aluminum in DTP was always malice aforethought to cause disabilities.
